    My family came from Chicago when I was six.  Growing up in Miami Beach, naturally swimming, fishing and spear fishing was part of growing up.  One of my very best friends and constant companion was my dog Rex, a Boxer/Chow mix.  I graduated from Miami Beach High, a and under my senior picture was stated “Future Endeavor: Veterinarian.”  I graduated from the University of Florida with my BS degree in chemistry and biology then went on to attend Auburn University Veterinary School, graduating as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.

    Following graduation from veterinary school, I practiced for a short period of time in N.M.B., then volunteered for the U.S. Army.  My duties were with the 8th army support command.  Our unit took care of military guard dogs, mostly Shepherds and Dobermans, stationed at surface to air missile sites, army depots and field units.  Many of these dogs were in areas difficult to reach so often times I was transported by helicopter.

    I returned home to practice locally, then went on to open Greenfield Animal Hospital where we remain dedicated to the medical and wellness care of your pets.

    Hi!  I’m Trish, the practice manager of this wonderful animal hospital.  I’m originally from Cape Cod, MA.   I’ve been here at Greenfield Animal Hospital for 37 years!  When you find something you love, you stick with it.  I am a certified veterinary practice manager (CVPM) and Veterinary technician.  I love my career, running the hospital, motivating and training our super team and mostly being sure your pets get the best quality care from our skilled compassionate staff.     I'm glad to be part of the Greenfield Animal Hospital family.  I have been working in the veterinary field for over 20 years.  I was born and raised here in Miami, FL.  I have two beautiful children, Gisselle and Gio who have changed my life, and I can't imagine it without them.  We have three dogs, Prince, Sasha and Gigi, two exotic birds, Max and Camille, and a Bearded Dragon, Elizabeth. I always aim for the best, and won't let anything keep me down.  I'm looking forward to meeting you and your pets and arranging your wellness care, boarding and bathing visits
